Refund Conditions
- Refunds are only available within 7 days of the original purchase date.
To qualify for a refund, you must first allow our support team to assist you in resolving the issue.
If we are unable to fix the problem within 48 hours, we will issue a full refund.
Requests made after 7 days cannot be processed.
Refunds for subscriptions used partially will be issued proportionally according to the period of usage.

Please note that these issues are typically temporary and not grounds for a refund, as they are beyond our control.
